During the training, Wei Zhe, the head of the Quality Inspection Department, systematically introduced the working principle of shock absorbers through theoretical explanations combined with physical demonstrations. Through the synergistic effect of components such as springs and dampers, the vibration and impact during vehicle operation are alleviated, ensuring driving comfort and safety. In response to the product structure that new employees are generally concerned about, engineers disassembled the core components of shock absorbers and explained in detail the functions and manufacturing requirements of key components such as piston rods, cylinder barrels, and oil storage cylinders. They also combined the differences in shock absorber adaptation for different vehicle models (such as sedans, SUVs, and commercial vehicles) to help students understand the diverse application scenarios of the product.
The explanation of the production process focuses on practical details: from the selection criteria of raw materials (such as steel strength, temperature resistance of seals), to the quality control points of machining, welding, assembly and other processes, to the specific indicators of high and low temperature testing and durability testing in finished product inspection, engineers break down key links one by one, emphasizing the concept that "every process is a quality defense line". An interactive Q&A session was set up at the training site, where new employees actively asked questions about "the impact of different road conditions on the performance of shock absorbers" and "common troubleshooting methods in production". Engineers answered questions one by one based on production cases, creating an active atmosphere on site.
